Fitness. Body change. 2.

Fitness. Twine measurements. 2.

Hi there!
So, here are my twine measurements for this week:
I'm happy with the lost in my waist area.
Unfortunately, I also lost a little bit in my hips. My thighs for some reason are bigger, I don't know why, I'm on my day 8 and I've been doing all my exercises everyday... But I'm not going to worry, because I'm having my lady days so that might be due to it.

I said I would start this one on the 25th of June. It's the 28th and I haven't touched a book yet. I didn't really specified what I was going to read. I read everyday: the news, my friends' posts on fb, blogs... But I feel like if it isn't a book then it doesn't count.

Update day 9: I did something wrong with the reverse crunch and the muscles in my arm are hurting... I'll try again later.

Fitness. Twine measurements. 1.

I decided not to measure myself in kg, or in cm... Instead, I will be taking my measurements in twine. This way, I won't be thinking about how many kg I need to go down, or how many cm to the ideal 90-60-90. I will only see the changes in my body, the progress.

I took measurements of my waist, hips, and both thighs (I found out that my thighs have different proportions.

So here's a picture of my twines. There will be updates on Saturdays.


PS. The candles are hiding about 0,5-1 cm on each side, I just wanted to hold it straight.

Hello!

I don't know if there will ever going to be someone looking at this blog. I started it for various reasons:

  • Make a journal that someday I will want to go back to and read.
  • Keep myself accountable for different challenges I want to enroll in.
  • Learn to express myself more easily.
  • Gain confidence in writing longer texts.
I have been thinking about starting a blog for some time now. I have so many things inside me that are making me anxious and are reflecting on my everyday mood. I just want to, anonymously, spit them out, clear my head...

I have a lot to work on, it's going to be a long journey, without worrying about the destination. But it sure going to be motivating to see the progress (hopefully).
